Kalgoorlie-Boulder Experiences October 2019
The Organic Vegan Chef, James Wright, is coming to the gold fields in October 2019.
Starting on Friday 18th October there will be a lunchtime cooking demonstration at the Community Gardens where we will be using locally grown ingredients to whip up a plant-based feast and learning how to make cashew mozzarella using a Vitamix or Nutribullet along with an aquafaba meringue using the water from a tin of chickpeas!
On Saturday night at the Goldfields Arts Centre it's time to get dressed up and enjoy a tasting menu with Love Dining. Tickets are limited and selling fast.
Then on Sunday 20th October James will be cooking up a storm with some vegan Italian style street food at Boulder Fest markets before heading back to the east coast.
Throughout the trip James will be using a mix of locally sourced organic produce along with ingredients available on the InnerOrigin wellness platform.
